Joe will meet with you to discuss and plan the seasonal multi course menu. The dinner will be prepared personally by Chef Bonaparte with assistance from culinary arts students at HGTC. Chef Bonaparte is the Executive Director for the Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach at HGTC. He has competed internationally, including the Culinary Olympics in 2012, is considered an expert in Italian cuisine, and has extensive knowledge in many national and international cuisines. The dinner can be themed to the hosts desires – local, southern, French, Thai, Japanese, or any other style of cuisine desired. Wines are to be supplied by the winning bidder. Value = Priceless!
