Mrs. Lynch ~ First Grade
Learning to read is a major milestone for independence and is, therefore, an area of focus for first grade. Curious students can quickly take flight and discover the world through reading. Teaching our children to read gives them wings to find the answers they are looking for and the ability to navigate the world around them. Mrs. Lynch’s first grade class constructed owls from paper. Then, they chose their favorite book or topic and created a mini book for their owl. It was a joy to see how their personalities came out in their little owl personas. Keep an eye out for bow ties, puppies, Legos and dinosaurs! These kids are off to great places!
